چکیده
Haloalkalitolerant fungi can survive in environments with high salt concentrations and pH values. The bioactive compounds produced under stressful conditions have potential biotechnological applications. In this study, 52 microfungi isolated from Acıgöl Lake Türkiye, offering polyextreme conditions, were screened for some properties. antimicrobial antioxidant activities of the isolates determined using agar diffusion 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging methods, respectively. Enzyme by various methods technique. Synthesis silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was carried out cell-free filtrate microfungi. 40% showed activity against at least one Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Staphylococcus aureus 29213 Candida albicans 90028 used as test microorganisms. Penicillium dipodomyicola highest antibacterial E. S. aureus, while P. brevicompactum C. albicans. bilaiae found to free a level (90% above) that compete positive control. All amylase belonged Aspergillus most prominent three them A. ochraceous, flavus brevicompactum. 55% proteolytic activity, among which alliaceus had activity. Almost all (92%) lipolytic amstelodami, sizovae solitum significant 35% cellulolytic values Cladosporium pseudocladosporioides, bilaiae. Eight AgNP synthesis within 24 h. When results evaluated, ochraceus, dipodomyicola, appeared serve different industrial areas.

Cellulases from Thermophilic Fungi: Recent Insights and Biotechnological Potential
Thermophilic fungal cellulases are promising enzymes in protein engineering efforts aimed at optimizing industrial processes, such as biomass degradation and biofuel production. The cloning and expression in recent years of new cellulase genes from thermophilic fungi have led to a better understanding of cellulose degradation in these species. Moreover, crystal structures of thermophilic fungal...
متن کاملHeavy Metals Tolerance Potential of Fungi Species Isolated from Gold Mine Tailings in Ghana
Introduction: Heavy metal contamination has necessitated a less expensive and non-destructive clean-up technique such as mycoremediation. This study aimed to isolate, identify, and evaluate the tolerance of fungi species in different concentrations of heavy metals for their potential use in bioremediation. Materials and Methods: Fungi were isolated by serial dilution and spread plate technique...
متن کاملEndophytic fungi from medicinal plant Bauhinia forficata : Diversity and biotechnological potential
Bauhinia forficata is native to South America and used with relative success in the folk medicine in Brazil. The diversity, antibacterial activity, and extracellular hydrolytic enzymes of endophytic fungi associated with this plant were studied. Plant samples, which included leaves, sepals, stems, and seeds, were used. Ninety-five endophytic fungal were isolated (18 from leaves, 22 from sepals,...
متن کاملA review of phenolic antioxidants isolated from endophytic fungi
Oxidative stress caused by overproduction of free radicals or oxygenated radical species plays a major role in causing many diseases. The findings suggest the use of antioxidants as compounds to control the release of these radicals or directly prevent their formation. Therefore, antioxidants can be used as drugs to reduce or prevent oxidative stress. Herbal medicines are the basis of modern ph...
متن کاملBiotechnological Potential of Oxidative Enzymes from Actinobacteria
Oxidative enzymes are often considered for use in industrial processes because of the variety of reactions they are able to catalyse. In the past, most of these oxidative en‐ zymes were obtained from fungi. However, in recent years, it has become evident that these enzymes are also produced by bacteria, including actinobacterial strains, which can therefore be considered as an underexploited re...
